About the Position

On behalf of our client in Ludvika, we are looking for a senior project manager with a background in logistics or production. The assignment involves planning, leading, and following up on projects and processes with high demands on structure, quality, and delivery precision. The role is suitable for you who are used to working independently, handling complex issues, and quickly creating value in the organization.

Your Main Responsibilities

Plan, organize, and manage projects and processes within the organization.
Set project plans, resource allocation, timelines, and distribution of responsibilities.
Follow up and report status regarding cost, time, quality, and staffing.
Ensure compliance with internal and external quality standards (e.g., ISO).
Identify and manage risks, obstacles, and deviations from timelines and budgets.
Manage multiple parallel and sometimes interconnected projects, including change and improvement initiatives.
Integrate and follow up on suppliers' activities and deliveries in the project plan.
Follow up on transports and update related documentation.
Control customs declarations and related documents.
Update and follow up on prices and data in SAP.
Work with and analyze large datasets in Excel.

Who Are You?

Senior consultant with documented experience in project management within logistics and/or production.
Very good knowledge of Excel, including working with large datasets.
Experience with SAP, preferably related to pricing, logistics, or purchasing.
Good general business understanding and accustomed to working in a structured and independent manner.
Ability to work solution-oriented and suggest new and more efficient working methods.
Personal qualities.
Structured, meticulous, and detail-oriented.
Open, efficient, and adaptable to change.
Communicative and comfortable collaborating with both internal and external parties.
Fluency in Swedish, both spoken and written, is a requirement.
